Hi, I’m Charles or Carlos and I going to talk you about the use that I do with my mobile phone 

• How often do you check your phone?

Well, I don’t used to much because I have my Play5, and my mobile phone only have Whatssap I check it 4-5 times a Day (in weekend) and 2-4 in Daily days.

• What do you use it for?

I only use it to check my Messages

• Do you think phone addiction is a serious problem?

It depends on the addiction, if you have an addiction to picking up your cell phone every day and using it in an uncontrolled manner, yes, but if it is an addiction to eating healthy every day, I think that addiction is good.
